Laura’s yoga journey began a decade ago while traveling through South America, where she first connected with the practice. Her path since then has been defined by a deep curiosity about the body and how physical movement can lead to a sense of mental stillness.
In 2019, she traveled to Rishikesh, India, to complete a 200-hour Ashtanga Vinyasa training. Upon returning, she deepened her roots at Sanapurna, completing a 200-hour Hatha Yoga training in 2020. She further specialized with a 150-hour Yin Yoga and Anatomy training under Markus Giess, which sparked a profound love for Yin Yoga and meditation.
During a recent two-year journey across South and Central America, Laura continued to refine her craft by completing specialized Teacher Trainings in both Yoga Anatomy and Sequencing under Jason Crandell. This diverse background allows her to offer a teaching style that is both rooted in tradition and informed by a modern, anatomy-based understanding of the body.
In her classes, Laura uses functional alignment and sequencing to create a practice that respects the individual body.
