This 100-hour Therapeutic Yoga Training in Zurich offers an in-depth, practice-based exploration of yoga as a healing tool. Rooted in anatomy, physiology, and the mind–body connection, the training focuses on adapting yoga practices for different physical and mental health conditions. Designed for yoga teachers seeking to expand their skills, this training supports safe, accessible, and transformative yoga for long-term health and wellbeing.

Morning Practice (08:00–09:30)
Asana, pranayama, meditation
Main Lecture (10:30–13:00)

Afternoon Session (14:00–16:30)

Evening Yoga Class (17:00–18:30)

Prerequisite: Prior 200H Yoga Training (or equivalent) recommended for safety and comprehension.
