This 25-hour immersive yoga training is designed for dedicated practitioners and aspiring teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of yoga fundamentals.
Over three intensive days, you will refine your alignment, improve your asana practice, explore essential pranayama techniques, and gain a clear and structured understanding of yoga’s foundational principles.
Whether you plan to continue toward a 200H Teacher Training or simply want to elevate your personal practice, this course will strengthen your roots.
