This advanced Hatha training in Zurich gives you a clear, practice-led path into arm balances, inversions, deep backbends/forward bends, the classical Shatkarmas (cleansing techniques), and a practical meditation toolkit—so you grow your own sādhana and teach advanced work safely and confidently.

Learn meditation basics and experience 12 methods. Understand and feel chakras, pranic flow, and the power of prana.
Class Design & Sequencing
Master designing and sequencing beginner, advanced, restorative, and therapeutic classes while keeping students safe and engaged.
Teaching Skills & Personal Practice
Develop clear cues, alignment guidance, and self-practice routines with asana, breathwork, meditation, and reflection.

Prerequisite: Prior 200H Yoga Training (or equivalent) recommended for safety and comprehension.
