Practice teaching, receive feedback, and cultivate a steady, accessible guiding voice.
Establish (or deepen) your own pranayama practice with structure, accountability, and journal prompts.
Prerequisite: Prior 200H Yoga Training (or equivalent) recommended for safety and comprehension.
